Alonim
This site is written mostly in Hebrew. If you need the web fonts, download it from snunit.
Alonim afternoon Hebrew school was established eleven
years ago as a "non profit organization" . It is owned by the parents.
The operating budget comes from tuition fee and from fund raising events.
This year we hope to have 80 students in 7 classes k-8.
The teaching language is Hebrew. The teachers are all accredited and have
teaching experience both in US and in Israel.
An unpaid, yearly elected comity runs the daily school
affairs.
General meetings for reporting and decisions making are held twice a year.
The school goal is to enhance Israeli and Jewish culture and pride, and
to enable the families to celebrate together the religious and national
holidays.

So long as still within our breasts
The Jewish heart beats true,
So long as still towards the East,
To Zion, looks the Jew,
So long our hopes are not yet lost
Two thousand years we cherished them
To live in freedom in the land
Of Zion and Jerusalem.
